RYVEN AU is an Australian performance culture brand built around mechanical energy, precision and individual style. The marks are sharp, controlled and made to work across apparel, vehicles and the gear that goes with them.

Quick answers about sizing, garments, ordering and care. Please read these details before placing your order.
How do I choose the correct size?
Open the product, select the size guide and compare it with a similar garment you already own. Lay the garment flat and measure its width and length without stretching it. Do not rely only on the size name because men’s tees, women’s tees and hoodies use different measurements.
Are the men’s, women’s and hoodie fits the same?
No. Men’s T-shirts use a regular crew-neck fit, women’s T-shirts use a separate women’s cut, and hoodies use an urban pullover fit. Always use the guide attached to the exact product you are ordering.
What are the garments made from?
Men’s T-shirts are mid-weight 180 GSM combed cotton. Women’s T-shirts are lightweight 160 GSM cotton; marle colours may include viscose. Hoodies are mid-weight 280 GSM polyester-and-cotton fleece with ribbed cuffs, a ribbed hem and a front kangaroo pocket.
Are the faint fabric patterns part of the shirt design?
No. The T-shirts supplied to customers are plain, standard flat-colour garments. Any faint pattern or texture visible across the fabric in a product preview is an image-protection overlay used on the digital mock-up only. It is not printed on the shirt and is not part of the purchased design.
Will the colour look exactly like it does on my screen?
Product previews are a visual guide. Screen settings, lighting, garment dye batches and the selected fabric can change how a colour appears. The final garment and printed colours may vary slightly from the on-screen preview.
Will the print be identical to the digital mock-up?
The approved product image is a placement guide. Minor production differences in print scale, position and colour can occur between garment sizes and fabric colours. These normal variations do not change the approved design.
How should I wash RYVEN apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Do not bleach. Avoid tumble drying where possible, do not dry-clean printed garments and never iron directly over the artwork.
Are all colours and sizes always available?
Availability can change. If a selected size or colour becomes unavailable before production, RYVEN AU will contact you before changing or cancelling that item. No different colour or size will be substituted without approval.
How much is delivery and how do I pay?
Australian delivery is a flat A$15 per order. Product prices and the delivery charge are shown in the cart before checkout. Payment is completed securely through PayPal.
What should I check before paying?
Confirm every product, colour, size, quantity and delivery address in the cart. If an order arrives faulty or does not match the ordered options, contact RYVEN AU with the order details and clear photographs so the issue can be assessed.
